Private application

Hermes Google Workspace is a private, owner-operated automation. It is not offered for general public use, and no public account registration or service commitment is provided.

Authorized use

The application may be used only by the Google account owner and people the owner expressly authorizes. Users must comply with Google’s terms and applicable law.

Owner control

Calendar, email, file, and contact actions are performed only within the permissions granted through Google OAuth and according to the account owner’s instructions or configured workflows. The owner remains responsible for reviewing material actions and maintaining account security.

No warranty

The application is provided as-is for private use. Automated extraction and scheduling can contain errors; important dates, recipients, and commitments should be independently reviewed.

Changes and termination

The owner may change, suspend, or discontinue the application and may revoke Google access at any time.
